Grefortec specializes in forging of industrial furnaces for heat treatment of metals and various processes in the metalworking sector, such as: forging, melting, holding and transport of non-ferrous metals and others.

We forge from the traditional ovens on the market to the most high-tech models, fully integrated with the demands of Industry 4.0.

All Grefortec furnaces are built in geometries consecrated in efficiency, with the application of intuitive design in the areas of connectivity and interaction. The structure is made of materials that guarantee the strength and longevity of the equipment.

The thermal insulation of the furnaces is designed according to the ergonomic cold-face thermal profile parameters. The heating system can be electric or gas, with specifications developed according to the process to be carried out.

The furnaces have a microprocessor temperature control system, with ramps and levels, work and safety pyrometry, evaluation and certification of several TUS points.

All our equipment complies with the Brazilian Occupational Health and Safety Standards, with: NR 10, NR 12, NR 17, Preliminary Risk Analysis report, certification reports and effectiveness ART.
